Prove me wrong :)
I can’t capture the sparkling details in this paint job but it’s amazing in the sun.

When we had a 500L, there was a paint code sticker. Does yours have one? I know the more expensive Italian cars have them for sure.

That is a very nice red. Deep, metallic, and very saturated. 10/10

I can think of a couple competitors from Japan.

The 500 Abarth was made for red and you can’t tell me otherwise.

Not a great picture, looks way better in the light, but I don’t think I’ll argue with you. I win in square footage of red though....

Lexus seerrrrrisousllylsseueusy gets it right sometimes in the paint department; this one included.

The camera on my iPhone could never handle the Soul Red in direct sunlight

Cars, yes, vehicles, no.

I love the Mazda red - when we were shopping for my wife’s car, I tried making her consider a red CX-5 Turbo.
But, it is much darker and not as ... exotic I guess, as the FIAT Rosso.
Lexus red - that paint job probably costs more than the complete Abarth.

I haven’t paid attention, but I am fairly confident every car has the paint code - certain manufacturers stick them in different places.

Not even close, mind not changed.

I would have loved it in white with the red stripe, to look more like the old ones, but this combo is great.
My grail was the Celeste Blue. I am crazy about that color.

Different preferences I suppose, but I’ m into the soul red pop. I get wanting that bright red look though.

Mazda does make a wonderful red (see my reply above), but I still love the Rosso better.

You could paint my car 4 times with the amount it takes to paint yours.

I’ll give the motorcycle red to another Italian

White with red is a good look for them (roommates car).

I dig that. I used to have a Silver GQ convertible , and I added OEM Abarth parts to it. It was the only way to have a silver Abarth.
I spent so much money on those Magneti Marel li wheels..

Celeste blue was a one year special, in 2016 I think? If you find any, they’ll probably be under $15k by now.

I mean like half that is about my budget but there is a nice and not trashed 500 Abarth in red on black for sale near me for like $7,500 if I recall. I'll have to comment later on my computer but I WANT IT SO BAD!

Do it!! They’ve been fairly reliable for most owners. I am reluctant to mess with performance upgrades and I have a full warranty - car is plenty fun stock - but I might lower it. And maybe do a carbon lip. And duckbill spoiler.

I’m aware, but prior to the ‘70s they used a much more subdued hue of red. It was still pretty though.

I WANT THIS!
80k miles and $6,900. I feel like this is almost too good to be true but then you realize it is 8 years old.
I wouldn’t want to modify it much if I did buy it. Man, I really think this is a something I would want to go check out.
![]() 11/04/2020 at 21:14 |

Very clean! Miles are low-ish for an 8 year old car, but you are looking at a small Italian city car with an engine pushed to the max, so... I’d probably look into a PPI.

Oh, most definitively , though it is unlikely to still be for sale by the time I actually get around to buying another car.
